It is ungrateful to write about yourself. Either you exaggerate in praise or you describe yourself in the style of a gray mouse. None of this suits me. I am clear, loud and stubborn as I pursue my goal. No hair on the tongue, not to everyone’s liking. Culinary freak, good food and wine represent the meaning of life to me. Fudo is that story.
